First update of 2006- almost exactly a month later! Hope you all had a good new year. I have my GCSE's in the summer, which seems a lot closer now! Firstly I would like to wish Loray a big

		Hope you had a great day sis, and hope you liked my card. I've been thinking about redesigning the layout of the site, I'm happy with the other pages such as
animation and games, but I am not so keen on the design of the main page. I'm not much of a web designer so I will try to play around with some concepts. I don't like the way the news topics are sort of 'suspended' in the middle of the page.. My friend from the weebl and bob forums called Drattigan is thinking of starting an animation website called Pioneer Studios. He invited me to join and I think it's a good idea and we could
bring other animations on board. I recently submitted my animation Lands of Orange 2 to Newgrounds after being persuaded by BlueHippo- and got a score of 3.53 which I am happy about!
	Please watch and rate it 5! Sadly didn't think the lowest place #5 was around	manage to get into the daily top 5 but ss 3.8.
Now I'm back from France I can show you the Pastel drawings I did there, I have uploaded them to Traditional Art- please have a look! Using soft chalk pastels were interesting, they are different to
		the hard chalks I am used to using. At the moment I am finishing my GCSE mock exam which I have spent a long long time on. It has already been graded and I've used up my 10 hours exam time on it, but I am very pleased that I got an A for it. These photos of it are unfinished, so I won't put them in my Traditional art section- but I'll post them here for you to have a look. This took a long time! I still have a lot to do to finish it. The painting is over a chalk pastel drawing I drew in egypt- click on the thumbnail below to see it.
		I painted a same size version of it in the same colours but with a dotty style as a test before finally painting the canvas in fauvist colours.
Finally, I have added some of my poetry to the site. I'm considering whether or not to have a link to it
	in the art section; or have unlinked to, but is very sensitive, so do not take it lightly.	there if i want to show anyone it. My poetry Please click here to see my poetry section

I'm in France for a week at the moment where I hope to work on drawing and painting of the beautiful countryside. I won't be able to upload the drawings as I don't have a scanner but here's a webcam photo of one I drew today. Freezing weather- my fingers went numb at times! Spent about 5-6 hours out on my own cycling through the local area along familiar routes. I'll post up my drawings and paintings when I get back. Sadly, being in France means I can't complete Photography or Weebl and Bob Fan Art, but I will build to my collection of Photography and Traditional Art while I'm here.

Been working on the site today in order to get the art section done. I've completed Traditional Art- please take a took! The earliest drawing was done over a year ago, the latest drawn last thursday.

Hope you enjoy them! As Christmas is coming up I may decorate the site with something festive.. Also- the toolbar seems to take a while to load so I'm working on putting in a preloader; just fiddling about with actionscript.

After viewing my site in Internet Explorer I have found it looks very bad, with things like the 'welcome' 'art' 'animation' 'games' (etc) logos appear with a blue/grey background. There are also a few other things I'm not so happy with, so all in all GET FIREFOX NOW. All it is is another browser that is free and easy to install. Looks better and is very nifty. Click on the smiley to download.

Having some trouble with the background at the moment, so it'll stay black until I can make something that looks good tiled. Chloe and Lew (friends from the web) have written profiles for the site, and so has my friend Lora- have a read. Woo lots of pictures.

Near to finishing the site, got the art page up, it's divided into sections because of the massive amount of art I have. It'll take a while to upload it all but I've been working on the photography section and I've almost completed the series of photos from my recent visit to Egypt. Not sure how soon I'll be able to get a blog up and running, I'll need to find out how to make one first.. If not, I'll just make one for me inwhich I can ftp new blog entries. If you have any ideas for the site- please contact me and I'll be happy to use them. If you would like to link to my site (please) you can use this 110x34 px image that you can place somewhere on a webpage.

Okay, so far I've completed the animation and games pages- take a look, hope you like them. The nifty tool bar up the top needs Flash player 8 which is a slight problem as most people don't have it. It looks so lovely that i don't want to replace it with a png image so I'll leave it there for now and wait for everyone to get it. I've placed a text tool bar underneath it for those of you who are stuck in the past. All Flash 8 is, is a plugin to the current Flash player you have at the moment, which is probably 7.

At the moment I'm working on an animation which doesn't have a name of yet, but its file named "timeittakesforshower.swf"- hope this interests you! Here is a sneaky pic of the first scene. It's my first Flash 8 animation and has loads of sexy filters. It may include the film in the under construction animation..

So I hope that explains the file name and has caught your eye. It'll be finished hopefully sometime in the near future, depedning on the delicate balance of my spare time and how lazy I'm feeling.

I was bored so I made this- It's a chalk pastel drawing I've done of a sunset over the River Nile in Egypt. Had some fun with Flash filters. Needs Flash 8.
